Shipping policy 

Please review and understand our shipping policy before making a purchase.

Order Processing

Upon purchasing a product, your order will enter the processing phase. As a considerable portion of our products is crafted upon order placement, it may take up to two weeks to create, package, and dispatch your order.

Cancelling Orders

Orders can only be canceled if the item has not yet been dispatched. We will exercise discretion when evaluating cancellation requests. If your cancellation is not approved, you must wait until the order is delivered and return it to us, following the guidelines in our returns policy (See Below). Note that this cancellation policy does not apply to custom or personalized products, and we reserve the right to deny cancellation requests for any reason.

Customs Charges

You, as the buyer, are responsible for any charges related to customs or duty in the destination country where the product is being shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The gift box must also be included and undamaged. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred during the return process.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work to address and rectify the issue.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain items, such as earrings and custom products, cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about specific items. Sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Please reach out to us via email at luckylapkijewelry@gmail.com. While we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or fit, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction because it is our top priority.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

Lost Returns

If the chosen courier fails to deliver or loses the return parcel, it is the customer's responsibility to claim compensation directly from the courier. LuckyLapki is not liable for lost returns. However, we do everything in our power to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your jewelry.

Address

Ensure your shipping address is accurate, or if your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can change the address. Please reach out to us via email at luckylapkijewelry@gmail.com to update the address.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

For USA orders, we use USPS with an estimated delivery time of 10-14 days. International orders are shipped from Georgia via Landmarkglobal delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 14-30 days. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the postal service and location.

Don't forget to pick up your packages from the post office

Please remember to collect your packages from the post office. If a package is returned as unclaimed, we have two options available: 1) issue a refund for the items, minus shipping and Shopify tax, or 2) re-send the items with an additional shipping charge. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, and we appreciate your support in ensuring timely package retrieval. Thank you!

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. While we cannot control customs delays, we will assist in ensuring a smooth shipping process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen international packages. However, we strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your jewelry. Please pick up your packages from the post office promptly. If a package is returned as unclaimed, we offer the options mentioned above. All orders include tracking numbers for your convenience. Thank you for your cooperation!
