Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, as indicated by the tracking number. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred during the return process.

Certain items, such as earrings and custom products, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
General Care
To keep your jewelry looking its best, please avoid applying perfume, hairspray, or deodorant before wearing it, as these chemicals can damage the finish. Always remember to take off your jewelry before bathing, working out, swimming, or washing your hands. Using a gentle cloth will help clean off any dirt or debris.
Protect your treasures by keeping them away from extreme heat, moisture, and air, which can cause rapid oxidation and tarnishing. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry, dark place to keep it safe. Please be mindful of cosmetics like lotions and sprays, as they can lead to tarnishing as well. Gold can become discolored if exposed to chlorine, so always remove your jewelry before taking a dip.
We recommend against wearing your pieces while showering or bathing, as soapy water can leave a dulling residue.
Sterling Silver
To keep your sterling silver jewelry looking stunning, gently clean it with a soft cloth to remove tarnish and restore its shine. While rinsing in mild soap and water is acceptable, it’s best to avoid harsh detergents, salt, chlorine, and personal care products, as these can lead to damage and tarnishing.

While our beads undergo rigorous durability testing, please avoid dropping them on hard surfaces and treat them as you would your cherished dishware. Just as quality pottery can last for generations when properly cared for, so can your jewelry!
To clean your glass beads, simply use a lightly damp cloth or gently polish them with a soft cloth to keep them looking their best.
