Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-14 business days from the time the order is received. Please note that during holiday seasons, there may be delays due to high order volume. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays, excluding holidays. If you need your order processed quickly, please contact us before placing your order at luckylapki.jewelry@gmail.com.
Shipping Method
For shipments to the USA, we use USPS, and for worldwide delivery, we utilize Landmark Global. Please note that shipping durations may vary based on the carrier and public holidays. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Address Amendments
Ensure your shipping address is accurate, or if your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can change the address. Please reach out to us via email at luckylapkijewelry@gmail.com to update the address.
Please be mindful that cancellation is not possible once the shipping process has begun.
Shipping Period by Region:
- Shipping to Asia: 14-28 business days
- Shipping to Oceania: 14-21 business days
- Shipping to Europe: 14-21 business days
- Shipping to the USA: 10-14 business days
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, as indicated by the tracking number. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred during the return process.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items, such as earrings and custom products, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
