How to care for your LuckyLapki Jewelry
The product price does not include tax, and the amount of duties will vary by different terms and tax policies for each country.
You can check the tax and VAT during the checkout process on our website. By including these in your payment, we guarantee that there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
If duties and taxes are not paid during checkout, once your order is ready for delivery in your country, the local courier will contact you to inform you of the tax and duty. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any duties imposed by local customs.
Refused to Pay Tax
If you refuse to pay tax or it is not paid within certain period, your parcel will be automatically sent back to LuckyLapki.
You will get a refund after deducting $30 for delivery when the product arrives at our warehouse.
General Care
To keep your jewelry looking its best, please avoid applying perfume, hairspray, or deodorant before wearing it, as these chemicals can damage the finish. Always remember to take off your jewelry before bathing, working out, swimming, or washing your hands. Using a gentle cloth will help clean off any dirt or debris.
Protect your treasures by keeping them away from extreme heat, moisture, and air, which can cause rapid oxidation and tarnishing. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry, dark place to keep it safe. Please be mindful of cosmetics like lotions and sprays, as they can lead to tarnishing as well. Gold can become discolored if exposed to chlorine, so always remove your jewelry before taking a dip.
We recommend against wearing your pieces while showering or bathing, as soapy water can leave a dulling residue.
Sterling Silver
To keep your sterling silver jewelry looking stunning, gently clean it with a soft cloth to remove tarnish and restore its shine. While rinsing in mild soap and water is acceptable, it’s best to avoid harsh detergents, salt, chlorine, and personal care products, as these can lead to damage and tarnishing.
With a little care, your cherished pieces will continue to sparkle and shine for years to come!
Gold-Plated Silver
To maintain the stunning finish of your gold-plated jewelry, avoid applying perfume, hairspray, or deodorant before wearing it, as these chemicals can damage the surface. Always remove your jewelry before bathing, exercising, or swimming.
For cleaning, never submerge your pieces in water or use harsh solutions. Instead, simply wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth. With a little love and care, your gold-plated treasures will continue to shine beautifully!

While our beads undergo rigorous durability testing, please avoid dropping them on hard surfaces and treat them as you would your cherished dishware. Just as quality pottery can last for generations when properly cared for, so can your jewelry!
To clean your glass beads, simply use a lightly damp cloth or gently polish them with a soft cloth to keep them looking their best.
